BR 48526 - Miniature Pullout Telescope
The original design Galileo came up in 1609 is commonly called a Galilean telescope. It uses two lenses to produce magnified upright images. This telescope collapses to 3 long. The brass is left unfinished, so that it may acquire an antique type finish over time. If that is not wanted, it may easily be polished away.
