BR 48212X - Bosun Whistle, Brass & Copper

The Hampton Nautical Boatswain's Pipe (pronounced inchbosun's inch) is one of the oldest and most distinctive pieces of nautical equipment. The boatswain's pipe, whistle, or flute, was used in Greece and Rome to keep the stroke of galley slaves. The pipe has a traditional anchor design inlaid in copper on both sides.

Crafted of brass and copper, this small bosun whistle can make a big sound. This version of the item only includes the whistle itself and does not come with a necklace or display box.
