Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM - 3PM PST, excluding major holidays and will ship within 1-3 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed. Otherwise, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed.
Preorders or items that are marked online as “Backorder” will ship at a future date.
Orders that are placed before 12PM PST (M-F) for overnight delivery will ship same day. Any orders made after 12PM PST will ship next day for the overnight delivery option.
Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Orders are processed (within 1-3 business days, M-F 8AM-11AM PST), unless an item is on backorder, pre-order, purchased with custom specs or expedited shipping. Once the order is processed, packaged, and picked up you will then receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipment notifications will be emailed to the email that is provided when you placed the order. If you have not received tracking information within the 4th business day of the date the order was placed, one or more items in your order may have been placed on backorder/out of stock status, please contact us for more information on your order.
Typically, if you have received an email notification that your order has shipped, this means that your order is in "ready to ship" status for pickup and shipment. It may take certain carriers 6-12 hours (UPS) or 24-72 hours (USPS) to scan and update the tracking status.
We recommend you wait the allotted period and check your status again at that later time.
